For our app, we wanted a character with plenty of personality and unique loading animations. However, we also had to make sure to stay within Duquesne Light Company’s (DLC) branding. This led to the creation of Duq, our lightning bolt mascot.

As for PowerSource’s app icon, I came up with several concept sketches using the company’s three main colors. The group decided on the third icon as our final design.
